Pricing will depend on day of week (Saturday being the high demand day), as well as some seasonality (i.e. Holiday Season pricing, NYE, etc.).
Hourly rates (4 hour minimum) available for space rentals Sunday through Thursday.
$500 discount available on Full Day space rental for verified 501(c)(3) organizations.
Discount available for multi-day events - customized packages TBD.
$2,000 Non-Refundable Deposit (per day) is required to secure your event date(s) - applied to final balance.
$2,000 Refundable Security / Damage Deposit.
(10 hrs + 1.5 hrs complimentary load-out)
Additional Staffing Fees that will apply depending on event specifics:
1) Venue Manager -- $50 per hour
2) Security Personnel -- $40 per hour per security guard -- total security staff requirements dependent on total number of guests and type of event.
3) Floor Staff (if needed or desired) -- $30 per hour

Final Payment due one week prior to the event date.
Any time after the 10 hour (or otherwise stipulated) rental period is considered overtime at $450 per hour.
Additional load-in and load-out hours are $350 per hour.
Event Liability Insurance -- event organizers must provide event liability insurance (Certificate of Insurance) covering your guests and vendors for the day of your event. This can be provided by your existing broker or through a specialized insurance broker that provides this type of insurance. We are more than happy to suggest a broker that can assist with this requirement.
All beverage service is exclusively provided in-house (Venue is an ABC-licensed premise). Request Information Packet for beverage service options and fees.
