Rental Details • Access to venue as early as 8:00am. Reception ending at 10:30pm. • Full access to the heated and cooled venue, lawns, parking area, caters kitchen (including ice machine), elegant bridal suite and the groom suite. • Access to kitchen with refrigerator, freezer and icemaker. Food preparation is not allowed in this kitchen. • Tuscan outdoor ceremony site, with or without the cedar cross. Ceremony could also be turned around onto the large stone back porch in front of the beautiful arched double doors. (In the case of inclement weather the ceremony can be moved inside in front of the beautiful arched doors). • Access to ceiling mounted projector and screen that descends from the ceiling. • Wifi is available for all vendors and guests. • Use of any decor including wine barrels, lanterns, battery operated pillars candles, table decor, 4 rose gold rosette table clothes, easels, wood music stand, chalkboards and much more. • Use of ivory linens. Tuscan Ridge will be responsible for putting linens on tables, removing and cleaning them at the end of your event for no extra charge. • Basic set up and tear down of Tuscan Ridge tables and chairs. • We supply the trash cans, trash bags and we will be responsible for disposing of the trash after your event. • Two employees of Tuscan Ridge will be on site for building maintenance needs and any access to additional items. • Bartending area for licensed and insured bartender. Serving only beer, wine and champagne. NO LIQUOR ALLOWED. • Handicap accessible along with handicap parking. • Nice and large men and women's restrooms. • Numerous photo opportunities on the beautifully landscaped grounds of Tuscan Ridge. •A 1 hour rehearsal will be scheduled Monday-Thursday if the venue is unavailable the day before your wedding. You will be given a 2 month notice for availability. • No extra charge for use of venue for engagement or bridal shoots. Tables and Chairs: • Up to 175 gold Chiavari chairs for outside ceremony • Up to 175 gold Chiavari chairs for reception • 20 6ft round tables (which seats 8-10 people each) • 1 5ft round table • 2 6ft rectangle table • 1 4ft rectangle table • 2 Sturdy 8ft Wooden Rectangle Tables • 4 8ft Rectangle Tables • 4 36” Round High Cocktail Tables- or can be lowered to 30” • 1 24” Round High Table- can be lowered to 30” tall (to be used at ceremony site for unity) • A variety of small tables Building rental at Tuscan Ridge does NOT include the following: • Decorating Services/Dinnerware/Cake Services/Alcohol/Catering/Photographer/DJ/Officiant • Tuscan Ridge will not set up or tear down other vendors equipment. **A Preferred Vendor List can be provided to you per your request.
