This package was designed for those who are planning their event and only need assistance a month/ weeks before the event. We handling all the last minute things such as confirming vendors, appointments, rehearsal coordination,Day of coordination, decorating the site, full event set up, and break down with an additional Event manager on site to handle the little things that seems to go wrong the day of! This package includes referrals as needed. This package is excellent for weddings, corporate events and social functions.

Upon submission of security deposits clients must sign a Letter of Agreement. The Letter of Agreement is a written agreement that I will perform assigned duties prior to the event including day of and you as my client acknowledged and agreed to pay the sum of $750.00 for service. If the event is cancelled due to an Act of God such as a massive flood, earth quake, tornado etc you will receive a full refund. If you decide to cancel the event for just cause you are entitled to receiving your security deposit back excluding the $50 booking fee.
This package is the perfect package for those who have started planning their event and need partial planning help. If you've started and became frustrated, if the planning process is too overwhelming, if you do not have enough time to plan out the details this package will give you the relief you need while we plan your event! We give our clients monthly progress report to keep you informed on the developments and changes.
