Overnight Package: $8000.00 Pack the car and get away for a destination wedding. Enjoy the sereneness of a country estate as you share this special time with your closest friends and family. This package includes the use of the house, verandahs, grounds, and Wine Building with rental of up to 5 rooms (16 people) for 2 nights (8 a.m. Friday to 2 p.m. Sunday.) Enjoy a country style continental breakfast both mornings. The option to use Cottontop for bridal portraits and rehearsal dinner is also included. Day Package I: $5000.00 Come early and stay late with this package which includes the use of the verandahs, grounds, and Wine Building for one day (8 a.m. to 12 midnight.) While the bride and her attendants are preparing for the big day, the groom and his groomsmen may pass the time in a friendly game of pool in the billiard room. The bridal party has up to four rooms in the main house for dressing. The option to use Cottontop for bridal portraits is included. A two-hour rehearsal may be scheduled for the day before the wedding. The rehearsal dinner may be added to this package for an additional $150.00. Day Package II: $4000.00 This modified day package is designed for smaller weddings up to 100* guests. It includes the use of the verandahs, grounds, and Wine Building for a 10 hour day (12 noon to 10 p.m.) Up to four rooms in the main house may be used by the bridal party for dressing. The option to use Cottontop for bridal portraits is included. A two-hour rehearsal may be scheduled for the day before the wedding. The rehearsal dinner may be added to this package for an additional $150.00. $125.00 for each additional 25 guests. Maximum allowed with this package is 150 guests. Reception: $3000.00 In this package designed for receptions only, the Wine Building, verandahs, and grounds may be used for a 10-hour day. Two rooms in the main house may be used by the bridal party for changing. The option to use Cottontop for bridal portraits is included.
