The starting rate for the Venue Space alone is $700 for 4 hours. Additional hours are $150. To secure your date for the space, a $400 deposit is required.
Rates for additional services can be discussed upon request for package deals.

Terms and Conditions
In order to ensure the successful completion of our event and the preservation of our venue, we kindly request a security deposit of $300. This deposit will be fully refundable upon the satisfactory cleanup and assessment of the venue, provided that no damage has occurred during the event.
