Terms and Conditions

Payment and cancellations: A payment of 50% of the balance is required to book the date and time slot. You may cancel your booking after payment, but only 50% of the total paid will be refunded. The remaining 50% of the balance is due 2 weeks prior to the rental date. You may cancel your booking after this payment, but only 50% of the total paid amount will be refunded. Refundable security deposit: We require a refundable security deposit that totals 25% of the rental balance. This amount due on the day of the rental before setting up. Setup will not be permitted until the security deposit is paid. Upon inspection of the premises after the rental, if there is no damage, your full security deposit will be refunded to you via the original form of payment. If we do find damage, after getting a quote for repairs, the total repair cost will be deducted from your security deposit. If the security deposit does not cover the cost of damages, you are liable for reimbursing Bubbly's Bubble Tea, LLC for the difference. Gratuity: We charge a gratuity fee of 5% of the balance. The gratuity fee is nonrefundable. The full amount of gratuity goes towards the employees that will work during the rental period. Changes: You may make changes such as totals of food package items, rental duration, times, etc. We will adjust the pricing accordingly. Changes two weeks prior to the event will not be accepted unless it is a cancellation. Setup: Setup may not start before the agreed upon time. Store staff will assist in setup if needed. Decorations: You may decorate the usable area, if decorations do not damage or stain the walls, floors, furniture, lighting, fixtures, doors, and grass wall. Decorations may not be affixed to the grass wall. Glitter, confetti, and smoke bombs are not permitted to be used inside and outside of the store. Temperature Control: Renter and guests are not permitted to change the store temperature. Only the renter may request a temperature change from the manager on duty. Final discretion is up to the manager on duty. Sound System: You may play your own playlist via the in-store Bluetooth speaker through your own device. Or we can play a Spotify playlist that you choose, or our generic store playlist. Supplies: We do not provide supplies such as disposable plates, cups, utensils, napkins, vases, serving trays, etc. The store does not have these items on hand. You are responsible for providing them. We only provide disposable cups, trays, straws, and napkins for our drinks, desserts, and ice cream. Unused food package items: If there are items that are unused in your food package, you may ask us to prepare the remaining amounts or forfeit them. We do not provide credit for unused items. You may ask the manager on duty how many items are left during the party for your reference. Cleanup: Cleanup must be completed by the agreed upon time. Renter is responsible for ensuring large debris is picked up from the ground and thrown out. Tables will be left clear of debris. Store staff will sweep, mop, wipe down surfaces, and throw out garbage bags. If the renter and guests have not vacated the premises by the agreed time, a prorated hourly rate will be deducted from the security deposit. Marketing Material: If you provide us with any pictures of your event, Bubbly's Bubble Tea reserves the right to use those pictures for marketing and promotional purposes.
