Terms and Conditions
**Event Reservation Terms and Conditions**
**Cancellation Policy:**
- Cancellations made 14 days prior to the event date will incur no charges beyond the reservation hold of 10%.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the event will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event will result in the full payment of the agreed-upon package.
**Method of Payment:**
- The balance of the package can be settled through credit card, check, or invoice. For credit card payments, please provide the necessary details for processing.
**Due Date for Payment:**
- The full payment is due seven days prior to the scheduled event date. Failure to remit payment by this date may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
**Special Offers and Discounts:**
- Any special offers or discounts applicable to the package will be clearly communicated during the negotiation phase. These discounts, if applicable, will be reflected in the final invoice.
**Additional Charges:**
- Any additional services requested during the event that are not included in the initial package will be billed separately.
**Refunds:**
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
**Changes to Reservation:**
- Changes to the reservation, including the number of attendees or event details, must be communicated in writing 7 days before the event.
**Force Majeure:**
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events, both parties will work together to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling the event.
**Reservation Confirmation:**
- The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the initial deposit and the signed agreement.
**Liability:**
- 1920 Events is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during the event.
By proceeding with the reservation, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. 1920 Events reserves the right to modify these terms as necessary.
