Upon booking we require a 50% deposit to lock in your reservation. This deposit is fully refunded if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the event, and 50% of that deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the event. Cancellations within the 30 day mark will not be refunded. The final payment for your booking is due 30 days prior to the event. Reschedules are allowed free of charge, but the refund policy applies to the original event date.
