This price will give you the rental space for 5hrs. You will have access to the space prior to your event if set up is needed. Minimum pricing is with a cash bar if bar is needed, maximum pricing includes buying out the bar with all expenses covered by and profit going to the renter.
When securing a date, a security deposit of $1500-$2000 is required. Upon completion of event cleanup, your deposit will be returned to you minus any damages if any.

Deposit of $2,000.00 have to be received in CASH no later than 2 days after contract signing for contract to be VALID. The remaining balance must be paid 3 days before each EVENT.
Wire transfer will have a $10.00 fee applied Please note that all prices on this contract reflect a 3% Cash/E transfer/cheque discount. Should another form of payment be received, an additional 3% will be applied to the amount.
