The barn is a 6800sq. ft. barn with all the amenities of heating and air, two stand alone his and her dressings rooms, built in projectors with screens, sound system, full service bathroom facilities, bar area, outside ceremony site and an indoor chapel for indoor weddings. Tables and seating are included in the price. The price does not include vendor services, the extra sound system, or the cabin. We do not have any required vendors. You choose and hire your own caterers, DJ, etc. The max indoor capacity at The Barn is 450, however the Chapel at The Barn has a capacity of 350. To have alcohol you must get a temporary beer/wine permit from the state at a cost of $50, and use a bartender from our list, and obtain event insurance, OR use a caterer with an off site license. A $1000.00 deposit is due at time of booking. The Cabin is not available to rent with The Barn.
