The Social Lounge is located at Browns Socialhouse – Lynn Valley. This private space is designed to accommodate large parties, in a unique loft-style concept. Situated on the second floor of the restaurant, the lounge is a private space, however it enjoys open walls so the energy of the restaurant flows in to enhance the vibe. The lounge includes a private bar, elevator access, video hookups, and a universal washroom. Most importantly, there is no charge for booking the space, only a minimum spending budget. The lounge can comfortably accommodate up to 40 guests for a seated family-style brunch, lunch or dinner. This style includes a meal charge per guest from the pre-set menu of your choice. There are a number of options to choose from, and the menu can be tailored to fit your party needs if there are allergies or preferences to consider. The space can also comfortably accommodate up to 80 guests for a cocktail-style reception (we call it “The Social”). The Social still has a food charge, but the appetizer menu includes a number of finger-style items to facilitate a mingle-type atmosphere. Again, there are a number of menu choices with a range of price points to select from.
