A $200 non-refundable down payment is required at the time of booking to guarantee the date. Large functions needing more than 6 hours, such as weddings and business galas, have different rental rates and can be reserved for one or two days. Rentals on a City Holiday are at an increased price at $1,000 for a 3-hour rental or $2,000 for a 3-hour rental.

A $200 non-refundable down payment is required to guarantee an event date. Balance of rent is due and payable 7 days prior to event date. Additional lighting trusses, speakers and additional production equipment may be privately rented with City approval. These events are considered a High Production Show and will be charged accordingly. Please reach out for more information.

Terms and Conditions

A $1,000 non-refundable down payment is required at the time of contracting to guarantee the space and date. Renters may bring in a food and/or alcohol caterer of their choice as the City does not offer food and beverage services. Alcohol is allowed within the Event Hall with a $250 damage deposit. The deposit may be returned after the event. The alcohol policy must be followed. Balance of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to event date. Any additional add-ons after initial contracting will due at this time as well.
