The Flower Cart located in North East, PA has been in business for at least 25 years. When the business first opened it was called Miss Lynn's Flowers and Elegant Gifts. Not as you would think, Miss Lynn was a Macaw sitting on a perch in the corner of the store, not the name of the first owner. As years went on, the owner decided to retire and sold the business to one of the employees who renamed the business, The Flower Cart. I have personally used Miss Lynn's and now the Flower Cart for all my floral and elegant gift needs for the past 25 years. Even though, we moved away from Pennsylvania, 20 years ago, I still have their phone number handy, as I have much family still in that location and often need flowers for the hospital, a holiday or a funeral. The Flower Cart also does a great job with elegant gift baskets made to order and delivers them for a nominal fee to almost any area location. The flower cart has other gifts to offer if you are looking for just that special person or something for the person who has everything. They offer larger more expensive gifts such as Silver items for Anniversaries to the most simple gift made with a coffee mug with a couple of silk flowers and some candy items. I have never called to ask for anything and been denied the request. The Flower Cart personnel are friends of mine from my hometown and usually know just what I am looking for. They have always fulfilled my gift or flower order with a professionally done item and a perfect customer service attitude. They readily take a debit or credit card over the phone for long distance orders. They are also FTD Certified if you need a gift to be sent farther away than the local area.
