About The Wonderer

The Wonderer is one of the largest private venues in the Upper Peninsula of downtown Charleston. With over seven different spaces to rent, we are the perfect venue for corporate retreats, weddings, and much more! Our multiple spaces can accommodate party sizes of 5-500+, including a full property buyout. All rentals will have to option to customize catering and bar packages, an on-site coordinator, and on-site event lead for day-of coordinating. All packages are scalable and can be flexible with any budget restrictions.

UNBELIEVABLE Rehearsal Dinner! - An Eventective User

We had a large rehearsal dinner for around 80 guests. It was hard to find a place to accommodate this crowd with keeping an eye on the budget but CARLY and her team made it work! I cannot sing their praises enough! It was beautiful in the garden and it was the first of FEBRUARY!! I love them all and many said it was nicer than the reception at Cannon Green!

A Swaggy Soiree - An Eventective User

We called our end-of-the-year holiday party the "Swaggy Soiree," and swaggy it was indeed. Carly was an absolute pleasure to work with, and our day-of staff was accommodating and kind. We had to do very little to decorate for our event, and the food was excellent. My staff absolutely loved the venue, and I felt like the hostess with the mostest because my teachers were so excited and happy! We can't wait to return next year.
