On historic Granby Street! A modern industrial feel, this is the perfect intimate space for up to 70 guests! Weddings, receptions, birthdays, retirement party, baby shower, even a private Murder Mystery night! This wonderful space has 1600 sq ft for your event to includes an upper level (400 sq ft). There is a beautiful bar that can be set for beverage service, hors d'oeuvres, buffet, or however you want to use it! At the back of the space is the private kitchen with a full freezer and refrigerator, sinks and room for a caterer to stage from.

I 100% recommend 259 Granby for your next event! Matthew was more than gracious, professional, accommodating and just absolutely a pleasure to work with! The space is clean, modern and just plain fun! Bathrooms were immaculate, the food/drink area is perfect for self serve buffet and drink service. I held my 50th birthday party there and I plan to book it in the future. Only thing I recommend is that you plan to Uber, taxi there or use the nearby parking garages.
