Terms & Conditions – Balance and Bliss Rental By booking this space, you agree to the following terms: Booking & Payments • A $100 deposit is required to secure your reservation. • Full payment is due at the time of booking. • Any additional time beyond the scheduled booking will incur an overtime fee. Cancellation & Refund Policy • Cancellations made 5 or more days in advance are eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations within 3 days of the event will forfeit the deposit. • Rescheduling is subject to availability. Use of Space & Guest Responsibilities • Maximum 20 guests allowed. • The renter is responsible for setup and cleanup, unless a cleaning service is added for an additional cost. • The space must be left in its original condition. • No smoking, vaping, or open flames inside the venue. • Outside food and drinks are allowed, but please clean up after use. Liability & Damages • The renter is responsible for any damages to the space, furniture, or decor. • Balance and Bliss is not liable for any injuries, lost items, or personal belongings. • Any damages must be reported immediately. Check-In & Check-Out • Check-in hours vary and will be discussed based on what is most convenient for the client. • Check-out must be completed on time to avoid additional fees. Special Requests & Custom Arrangements • Custom setups, additional rental time, or unique requests must be arranged in advance.
