Spend time enjoying the company of family and friends in a relaxed and beautiful natural environment. Our venue overlooks pastures and trees on a working 100-acre beef cattle and sheep farm. Enjoy the inside of a refurbished, climate-controlled barn that seats up to 150 guests with a dance floor. Enjoy nature on the 1,000 sq. ft. deck. An additional covered porch overlooks a children’s playground with nearby gazebo. Located in rural Nokesville, VA, 15 minutes west of Manassas, VA (20 min. from Warrenton, VA). Easy access from Route 28 (Nokesville Road).
