Our mansion is a one-of-a-kind experience for your private event! We provide the tables, chairs and either black or white linens. If your party is 50 or fewer, the mansion’s first floor is your perfect fit. You’ll have access to our parlor, conservatory, library, and den for your event. Non-wedding events are booked at $400 for 5 hours. Additional custom options are available. A special rate of $350 is available for Niles and Trumbull County residents.

Celebration Hall can accommodate up to 150 guests. Use the two 86 inch TV monitors to display a slideshow, special video presentation, logo, or your guest of honor’s name! NON-WEDDING events are booked at $600 for 5 hours. Table linens are not included but are available to rent from us or you may bring your own. Additional custom options are available. A special rate of $550 is available for Niles and Trumbull County residents.

Go back in time to when sweethearts said “I do” in a simple and romantic way. The nostalgia of a bygone era is alive and well when you and up to 40 of your closest family and friends gather in our mansion for your wedding. Your ceremony may be held in one of our rooms or outdoors on the grounds. We set up tables and chairs in the mansion for your caterer to use for your dinner. Your photographer will love taking your amazing photos anywhere on the Estate. The Estate is yours for up to 8 hours. The 1940s Package is available 7 days a week for 2023. Book Celebration Hall for your wedding reception. With our dramatic 22-foot tall drapes (additional colors available as an upgrade), uplighting, custom-sized dance floor, and built-in bar area, our reception space is wonderfully suited to hold your reception for up to 150 people. 8 hours are included with extra hours available for your reception and photo sessions in the mansion. The Reception-Only Package is available 7 days a week. 2024 Pricing – Saturdays: $2950 – Sunday through Friday: $2,450

Why not have it all for your special day? Enjoy exclusive use of the entire Von Isley Estate for the day of your wedding! Arrive as early as 9 a.m. and get ready in our two preparation suites. Afterward, get plenty of photos before the ceremony and get married on the grounds at our dedicated ceremony site! Later, while you’re taking even more photos, your guests can enjoy cocktail hour inside the mansion before everyone moves into Celebration Hall for dinner and dancing. Many options await when you have the entire day with us! Be sure to take advantage of all the gorgeous photo opportunities! Estate Package available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The overnight option is only available on Saturdays at $125 a room. Fridays and Sundays: $3,300 | Saturdays: $3,800

If one day at the Estate isn’t enough this is the package for you! You have exclusive use of the entire Von Isley Estate from Friday morning to Sunday morning. Decorate Celebration Hall on Friday and hold your rehearsal that evening. You can host your rehearsal dinner here or head to one of the many restaurants in the area for a night out with family and friends before your big day! You can choose to add up to five overnight rooms each night for as many as 14 guests or stay at any of the national hotel chains that are less than ten minutes away. Weekend Away Package Pricing – $5,500 Overnight Rooms – $125 for each room, each night.
