Your booking also includes assorted banquet tables for gifts, catering, cake etc. (with black linens), use of the stage, use of our pipe and drape, the full A/V and Lights system, use of the kitchen, use of our VIP Suite and an on-site House Manager. We have an open catering policy to caterers that are licensed and insured. We allow clients to purchase and bring in their own alcohol as long as it is served by a S.T.A.R certified Bartender. A Saturday rental is a flat fee for an 8-hour block. Each additional hour is billed at $200.00 per hour. There is a refundable damage deposit of $250 due at the time of booking.

This includes a projector and screen, as well as microphones and the appropriate hook-ups for your presentation. You also have use of the stage and podium. Tables, chairs, and linens are available at an additional charge. We welcome any catering company as long as they are licensed and insured, and they are welcome to use our prep kitchen. Our large commercial refrigerator is the perfect holding spot for box lunches, and all the prep space makes a breakfast buffet a breeze to put together. Bluegrass Hall is available to rent during daytime hours throughout the week for a maximum of 2 hours. There is a refundable damage deposit of $250 due at the time of booking. Tables are billed at $3.00 per table and chairs are billed at $0.50 per chair.

Bluegrass Hall is available to rent weeknights for a minimum of 3 hours. There is a refundable damage deposit of $250 due at the time of booking. Tables are billed at $3.00 per table and chairs are billed at $0.50 per chair.
