Our new 5,945 square foot Outdoor Plaza is available to rent for semi-private events from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Base price is based on total guests in attendance starting at 50 with a maximum capacity of 300 guests (additional fees apply). Each rental includes:

Event bookings are rain or shine and require a non-refundable deposit of $75 to secure your date and time. Please note that Whirlpool Commons rentals DO NOT include admission to the Aquarium of Niagara. The outdoor plaza is also located along the public New York State Parks trail system and total privacy cannot be guaranteed.

Birthday parties require a non-refundable $75 deposit. Base price includes 18 total guests (adults and children together), but you can add additional guests for a fee. After booking, a member of our events team will reach out to customize your birthday party.
Treat your guests to an atmosphere unlike anywhere else in Western New York. Our newly renovated event room features an entire wall of windows and direct access to our spacious outdoor deck. Fully equipped with a projector and a/v technology, this space is ideal for corporate retreats, meetings, showers, and small parties. Each rental includes:

Daytime Event Room rentals require a non-refundable $75 deposit. After booking, a member of our events team will reach out to customize your event. Base price is determined by estimated headcount of guests:
- $350: 1-30 total guests
- $500: 31-60 total guests
Private Full Facility rentals require a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the contracted amount. Base price is based on seasonal calendar ($1800 for Labor Day - Memorial Day, $3000 for Memorial Day - Labor Day). Additional fees may apply for early closure hours, additional rental hours, or optional add-ons.
After booking, a member of our events team will reach out to customize your event. Each Private Full Facility rental includes:
- 2.5 hours use of the Main Building after closing (hours vary by day and/or season)
- Designated event host
- 250 total guests (adults and children)
- Free parking and admission
- Chairs, tables, linens for up to 60 place settings (additional tables/chairs are available to rent at an additional cost)
