In 1835, Jacob Buckman built the historic barn situated on Rose Bank Winery. In 2002 the barn was struck by lightning, caught fire, and half of it was burned down. Later that year the current owners of Rose Bank restored the barn and today it serves as a unique party facility. The lower level of the barn can be rented with seating for about 60 people. Using the beautifully landscaped adjoining patio, up to 100 guests can be accommodated. Large windows in this rustic structure offer scenic views of the pasture where our Southdown babydoll sheep graze.

Large windows offer scenic views of the vineyard and pasture where our Southdown Babydoll sheep graze. There’s a bar and plenty of room for a dance floor, as well as buffet tables. This space is capable of holding about 250 guests.

The Vintner’s Ballroom is available for special events and wine tasting. This building has a large open downstairs area with bar, an upstairs loft with wood floor, and a huge second story outdoor deck. The Vintner’s Ballroom can accommodate about 200 people.
