This price includes a nonrefundable $250 reservation fee, a 2-hour setup, and a 1-hour breakdown. $150 for any additional hours. Included with the rental are tables, a prep kitchenette, two 55" TV monitors, and plenty of parking. You can provide your caterer or ask for one of our preferred caterers. Chiavari chairs, décor, and linens are available for an additional fee. We have chafing dishes available for rent as well. You must have an ABC license if you choose to serve alcohol.
