*Full Wedding Coverage includes up to 8 hours of coverage. **Engagement Portrait Sessions will be scheduled upon receipt of 25% retainer. Hotel accommodations must be in the same hotel or equivalent quality hotel as wedding party. Typical wedding coverage is an hour before ceremony till the last of the planned events.Photos4life reserves the right to charge overtime for any time over the allotted times agreed upon by all parties. Photos4life services Hampton Roads areas and parts of North Eastern North Carolina (OBX), but is also available for travel to destination weddings. Travel outside the area of greater than 50 miles up to 150 miles may require hotel accommodations (in the same hotel or comparable to the Wedding Party Hotel) for up to 2 nights for the photographer and assistant photographer. ***Any travel over 150 miles may be considered as a Destination Wedding. All Wedding retainers are 25% of the package price and are not refundable. Airfare (if needed) for photographer and assistant and hotel accommodations (in the same hotel or comparable to the Wedding Party Hotel) for up to 2 nights for the photographer and assistant photographer are not included in any Wedding package and will be an additional charge. Hotel accommodations must be booked for the day prior to and the night of the wedding. Airfare must be booked for the day prior and the day (morning) after the wedding. Engagement/Bridal Portraits that are not included in packages are $500.00 and must be booked at least 60 days in advance of the wedding if not sooner. In order to receive your signing album in time for your wedding you must book your session no later than 45 days, preferably 60 days, prior to your wedding date. Allow 10 to 12 weeks for delivery of your Wedding Package unless otherwise noted. Additional Products such as albums may take longer than 10 to 12 weeks. Photos4life retains copyright and use of all images in print, digital or other electronic media. High Resolution Image Discs available at additional cost and may not be purchased until after 90 days from the date of the wedding or portrait session. Remainder of all fees minus retainer must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event, unless otherwise stated. All prices subject to change without notice until you are booked with a non refundable retainer. All retainers are 25% of the total package purchased and are non refundable. A $250.00 service charge will be applied for any package changes after the receipt of the retainer. All retainers and remaining fees must be paid by Cash, Cashier’s Check, Money Order or Secure On-Line payment via PayPal. Terms and conditions are subject to change.
