Terms and Conditions

Our price depends on the length of the event and how far it is from Newport News VA. Cancellation policy: no charge if more than a week out, otherwise 50% of agreed upon fee. Method of payment accepted: Check to Moon Music LLC Payment is due the date of the event. We ask 50% up front before the performance begins; you are welcome to pay the up-front cost any time before the start of the event. We reserve the right to cancel in the unlikely event that one or more performers are incapacitated the date of the event; we have suitable fill in musicians that make cancellation highly unlikely. If this was to occur, if we have received your up-front money we will promptly refund it to you.
