Terms and Conditions

We take great pride in offering you the best possible service and look forward to helping to make your special day just as you envision it. This Agreement is intended for wedding services provided by Mobile Video and Photography. Because our Professionals usually book a year in advance, we have the following policies: Cancellations: Upon retaining our services, our photographer and/or videographer reserves this time and date agreed upon and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason the booking fee and any payments made are not refundable in the event of a cancellation. Client agrees to purchase the minimum amount of services provided in this agreement. Booking fee and payments: We offer a seven (7) day grace period - your booking fee is refundable during this time. After 7 days – booking fees and payments are non-refundable. Date changes: We will make any and all efforts available to honor the new event date for you. Vendor meal: Please provide a vendor meal for your Photographer / Videographer for full day packages. Most of our packages come with 6 hours of photography and/or film coverage – plus an additional hour to allow for travel and set up/breakdown of production. We are dedicated to your day and will stay as long as you would like, we do charge an overtime hourly rate of $95.00 per hour per professional - this includes shooting and editing. There is a 7% service charge which covers travel expenses and associated fees within a 50 mile radius of all metropolitan locations. We recommend a personalized web meeting with your Photographer / Videographer to insure all your special requests, your timeline and your desired shot list have been shared with your videographer or photographer. Receipt of your booking fee payment signifies acceptance of all terms and conditions in this agreement. Mobile Video and Photography will honor all the terms of this agreement.
