-Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guess. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. -All rentals include setup and teardown time - Outside catering is allowed: all caterers must be licensed, insured and provide any necessary liquor licenses -No guest on property past 12am (midnight) unless otherwise permitted - No alcohol allowed after 11pm - No amplified sound after 10 pm -Furniture, props and equipment must be moved back to where you found them -Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking - No smoking inside any structures - All cigarettes must be disposed of in ashtrays -No pets unless otherwise permitted Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their Booking 60 days prior to event and will receive a full refund of their Booking Price, minus deposit.
