About DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Newark Ohio

We have a grand ballroom that contains over 4,000 sq. ft. of function space with A/V technology and an on-site planning team to bring your event to life. Our Oak Ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests, which makes it a perfect space for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, parties of any kind, shows, showers, award banquets and so much more. The ballroom breaks down into three separate event spaces via air walls, creating multiple function rooms for events, parties, corporate meetings and more. We also have a smaller event space, the Buckeye Room, that is a perfect room for smaller private meetings and conferences. We also rent out the Buckeye Room for other events. We are a hotel, so we also offer overnight accommodation for those holding events here as well. If you plan on hosting a meeting or event of any kind, please inquire about our reduced group rates. We are located in downtown Newark, right off of route 16, making it very easy to navigate to our venue.
