I was in New York for a business trip and needed a car service to pick me up and take me to the airport. After researching different vendors, I chose WiroLimo and wasn't dissatisfied at all. During the time I was here on business, the weather was not good - numerous downpours and/or drizzle. If you can pre-plan your trips beforehand, you'll always have a nice car waiting. About a day prior to my trip, I emailed the company with my details. They quickly responded with details and pricing for my JFK transfers as well as various intercity trips. The pricing was quite comparable to what I had paid for taxis in years past - maybe around 20% more. Upon my arrival at the airport, I was greeted with a text from the driver, advising me where he would pick me up. I think my wait was around 2 minutes, once I got outside. I then had various pick-ups within the city. Each time, the driver texted and/or called to confirm times and availability. At one time, I was in a meeting that was running long. As long as I kept the driving informed, he was fine to wait. They weren't too annoyed by these delays and my extra wait time charges weren't excessive. All of my trips from / to airport, within the city were prompt. I would certainly recommend WiroLimo and will use them again for my trips to NYC.
