West Village Restaurant led by Executive Chef Santiago Astudillo (previously of Le Bernardin and Daniel) turns the dial on what it means to operate a vegetable-forward restaurant. Inspired by the season, the menu focuses on a shared experience with plant-based and sustainable animal protein dishes.
The Wesley features a unique beverage program, featuring vegan, organic, and female-led wine; along with local selections curated by General Manager Gabriel Maldonado (previously of Jean-Georges and Le Cou Cou). Our cocktails take note from our kitchen, with fresh juices, perennial ingredients, and zero proof cocktails.
Designed by Elmo Studios, the space features three uniquely defined rooms embodying successive natural environments, with textural and organic elements throughout.
