Terms and Conditions

We require a non-refundable $1,000 deposit - via credit card authorization form - and signed Rare Book Room Contract in order to reserve the rental date. Prospective clients must schedule a walkthrough of the space before receiving the contract and credit card authorization form from Events Representative. To schedule a walkthrough please email rentals@strandbooks.com. Final balance including additional fees will be due 72 hours before the event. All costs include applicable sales tax. Strand reserves the right to terminate the event and withhold any and all payments without refund if client breaches The Rare Book Room Contract.
