To rent the entire venue that we offer, the fee is $15K. This gives you exclusive access to our 12,000sqft space, and use of our state-of-the-art AV system provided by Sony. We have a full restaurant-quality menu we can customize for any event, daytime or evening. Hosting everything from corporate meetings, cocktail parties, weddings and more, we are a unique and memorable backdrop for whatever your needs are.

TERMS:
Items needed to confirm Sony Hall for your requested above date:
1) Signed Contract
2) A Completed Credit Card Authorization Form (even if paying by check)
3) 50% deposit
To confirm the space, a 1) Signed Contract with 2) A Completed Credit Card Authorization Form (even if paying by check) and 3) 50% deposit must be received or transferred upon signing of the agreement. Your event is not confirmed without all items sent over and a confirmed receipt is sent to the client. Once all items are received a Co-Signed contract will be sent over for your Event Confirmation.
Final Balance Due is due no later then 7 days prior to the Event Date. If not received the CC Form on file will be charge with a 4% CC transaction fee.
All event details, Food and Beverage and Guest Count must be finalized no later than (7) days prior to your event date.
**All charges on a per guest basis are based on final guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is higher.**
Staffing:
Venue is to provide all set-up and clean up staff for event included in the service charge. Venue will provide bathroom attendants at no additional charge. Service Charges are retained by the House and are not distributed to the staff. The client has the option to leave a gratuity for the staff. If the client decides to leave a gratuity, the House will not retain any portion of it.
Event Confirmation:
Event date is not secured until deposit and signed contract is received. If the Deposit and signed Agreement are not received by the above due date, the booking for the Event is subject to release without further notice to Client.
Tasting
All tasting must be confirmed seven (7) days in advance with the menu, number of guests and times confirmed with the Sales Manager & Chef.
Cancellation & Deposit Refunds:
Cancellation of the event by the client shall make the entire amount of the contract due and payable to Sony Hall unless the event is prevented, rendered impossible or infeasible by any act or regulation of any public authority or bureau, civil tumult, epidemic, war conditions or emergencies.
All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation more than (90) days prior to the event day, the deposit (less 25% penalty) may be applied to another event booked within the same calendar year.
Payment Terms:
A signed contract, completed credit card authorization form (even if paying by check) and initial 50% deposit by cash, credit card, or corporate check are required to hold a definite date. Payments put on a credit card may incur a 4% transaction fee. The outstanding event balance is due NO LATER THAN one week (5 Business days) prior to the event, based on the final guest count. If this payment is not made by the due date as indicated and agreed upon, a 5% fee will be charged to the balance due for every 24 hour period that the payment is late. Payment for any additional guests or charges is due at the event conclusion.
GUARANTEE:
Final guest count guarantee is due five (5) business days prior to the function date. If a final guest count guarantee is not given by the Client, the final bill will be based on the Estimated Attendance stated above or the total number of guests in attendance, whichever is larger. The final guaranteed attendance number may not be less than eighty percent (80%) of the Estimated Attendance stated above. Sony Hall does not guarantee that it can accommodate food and service for more than 10% above the final guarantee. Sony Hall will have a clicker to ensure number of guests; such statements will be binding and conclusive for all parties.
Sony Hall Logo Usage:
The use of our name and logo for purposes other than those associated directly with the event is strictly prohibited without express written permission.
Personal Property:
Sony Hall is not responsible for any items, possessions or materials belonging to the client, their guests, or any agent brought onto the site by the client for this event. Client assumes
