For events of this size we will utilize a second floor for guests below the penthouse. It is accessible both by our two private elevators as well as 2 staircases, one of which is directly connected to our private balcony. This additional studio space is an open floor format with a large bar, lots of windows and polished concrete. This houses the same amenities as the Penthouse suite with a slightly smaller kitchenette. Our smaller B-Room production suite is a single room (no booth) with a 6 person maximum capacity and stellar Penthouse views over Times Square The prices vary based on whether or not you need an engineer or have any special requests.
