General Conduct:
Respect the Venue: Treat the venue with care to preserve its condition for future events. Any damage to the property will be the responsibility of the host or organizer.
No Smoking: This is a non-smoking venue. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
No Open Flames: Candles, fireworks, or any other open flames are strictly prohibited. .
Noise and Music:
Noise Levels: Music and amplified sound must comply with local noise ordinances. All loud music should end by [time], unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Sound Equipment: Only venue-approved sound systems may be used, or any third-party equipment must be checked and tested before use.
Alcohol and Catering:
Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol may only be served by licensed and insured bartenders. It is the responsibility of the event organizer to ensure that alcohol is not served to minors.
Catering Services: All food services must be provided by venue-approved or licensed vendors. Outside catering is allowed only with prior approval.
Clean-up Policy: All event spaces must be returned to their original condition. Any excessive cleaning fees may be charged to the host.
Capacity and Safety:
Guest Limit: The maximum capacity for the venue is 100 people. Exceeding this limit is a violation of safety regulations and may result in the event being shut down.
Fire Exits: Fire exits must remain clear at all times. No decorations, furniture, or equipment should block these exits.
Security Personnel: For large events, security may be required to ensure the safety of guests.
