About Docks Oyster Bar and Seafood Grill
Our spacious Private Dining Room, set apart from the main dining areas comfortably seats up to 65 guests or 70 people with a standing reception. From lunch to dinner, business to personal, our Private Dining Room is perfect for hosting a variety of special occasions.
We offer semi-private accommodations on our platform dining area. Set against floor to ceiling windows the New York City street-scape becomes the backdrop to your event. We can easily accommodate up to 130 guests along the 40th Street Windows and up to 50 along the Third Avenue Platform.
Looking to host an after-work get together, book our Bar Alcove, which comfortably accommodates up to 20 people and reserves you 8-10 barstools. The Bar Alcove gives you and your guests free access to the bar, the ability for guests to pay separately, and Monday-Friday from 3-7PM, a reserved spot during our busy Happy Hour.
If you're interested in a little more privacy than what the Bar Alcove has to offer, our Bar Balcony seating is the perfect setting to host a semi-private occasion. This area comfortably seats up to 20 guests, is close in proximity to the bar that you feel a part of the festivities, access to banquet seating, and your own personalized server to bring you drinks and appetizers.
