Engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Monitoring alcohol consumption and assessing the sobriety of guests to prevent overconsumption. Being knowledgeable about different types of beverages, including ingredients, flavor profiles, and serving techniques, in order to provide exceptional service and recommendations to guests.
