Our retreat includes 30 luxury guest tents, a mix of indoor/outdoor event spaces, and unique food & beverage offerings—all rooted in an expansive outdoor setting with direct views of the New York Harbor and city skyline. Arrival/Departure: The ferry ride to Governors Island is 8 minutes, departing from the Battery Maritime Building on 10 South Street in lower Manhattan (click here to view ferry schedule). Ferries are also available from Brooklyn via NYC Ferry. For larger groups, private ferry service would need to be provided through a third party provider (NY Water Taxi, Seastreak, Etc.) Daytime events (11:00AM - 5:00PM) available for groups of up to 100 Evening Events available for groups of up to 75 *Restrictions apply

DJ, Photographer, etc.) * Full Retreat buyout required for Weddings, including 30 guests accommodations. Room Blocks available. Our available venue space includes Three Peaks Restaurant, an Event Pavilion (New in 2022), the Great Lawn, and a private dining tent. An event tent is required for groups with 70 or more guests. Event rentals may also be required, which may include, but not limited to, tables, chairs, service and bar ware. A $2,500 venue fee would apply for groups of up to 75 guests. A $5,000 venue fee would apply for group of 76-150 guests.
