Terms and Conditions
Booking & Deposit:
To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due prior to the event, as outlined in your contract. No dates are considered reserved until the deposit is received.
Pricing:
The pricing for event photography services ranges from $2,000 to $5,000, based on the size and scope of the event. This covers weddings, parties, and meetings with up to 500 attendees. Pricing may vary depending on additional services or special requests.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. However, rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability, with written notice provided at least 30 days before the original event date.
Travel & Additional Costs:
Any travel outside of the Hudson Valley or greater New Paltz area may incur additional charges. These will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
Image Delivery:
Final high-resolution images will be delivered within 4-6 weeks after the event. Photos will be available through a private online gallery or USB drive, as specified in the contract. Daniel Blake Photography retains the right to use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Liability:
Daniel Blake Photography is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the event photography, including but not limited to acts of God, accidents, or other incidents beyond our control. In such cases, all efforts will be made to find a replacement photographer or reschedule the session.
Client Responsibilities:
It is the client's responsibility to ensure all necessary permits or permissions for photography at event venues are secured in advance. The client is also expected to communicate any specific shot requests or requirements before the event.
