Hourly Venue Rental
- Daytime Events Venue Rental (ending before 6 pm):
$400 per hour
- Evening Events Venue Rental (6 pm - 12:00 am):
$450 per hour
-Saturday Events:
-A minimum buyout of $10,000 is required for any event after 3:00pm. This covers event rental, food, and alcohol.
Saturday morning events:
-Event ends before 5:00pm are $500 per hour

If you're prepared to secure your desired date, simply respond to this listing, and we will promptly provide the necessary links for signing the paperwork and submitting the 50% deposit. The remaining balance is required no later than two weeks before the event.
