Event Rental Policy
Thank you for considering our venue for your upcoming event. We are committed to providing you with a seamless and memorable experience. Please carefully review our event rental policies below.
1. Booking and Reservation
Reservation Process: To secure your event date, a signed rental agreement and a deposit are required.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. This deposit will be credited toward your final balance.
2. Payment Terms
Final Payment: The balance of the rental fee is due 7 days prior to the event date. We accept payments via credit or debit card.
Late Payment: If the final payment is not received by the due date, the event may be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by Client: If you need to cancel your event, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event: 75% of the total rental fee will be refunded (minus the non-refundable 25% of the deposit).
Cancellations made 14 to 29 days before the event: 50% of the total rental fee will be refunded (minus the non-refundable 50% deposit).
Cancellations made less than 13 days before the event: No refund will be issued.
Cancellations by Venue: In the rare event that we must cancel your event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, venue closure, etc.), a full refund, including your deposit, will be issued. We will work with you to reschedule your event or find an alternative venue.
4. No Refund Policy
Once the event rental agreement has been signed and the deposit is paid, all payments are non-refundable except as outlined in the cancellation policy above.
We do not issue refunds for unused rental time, weather-related cancellations, or if the client chooses to cancel part of the event after payment has been made.
5. Event Changes
Any changes to the event details, including date, time, or scope of the event, must be submitted in writing and may incur additional fees.
Changes made within 30 days of the event are subject to availability and may require an additional fee.
6. Insurance
Clients are strongly encouraged to obtain event insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including event cancellation, property damage, or accidents.
7. Liability and Damage
The client is responsible for any damage to the venue, equipment, or property during the event. A damage deposit of $250 may be required and refunded after the event, provided there are no damages or additional cleaning fees.
The client assumes responsibility for the safety and actions of all event guests.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party will be held liable for failure to fulfill any obligations under the rental agreement if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, government regulations, or civil unrest.
9. Guest Conduct
The client agrees to ensure that all guests behave in a respectful manner and comply with the venue's rules and regulations. The venue reserves the right to remove any disruptive or intoxicated individuals.
10. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold the venue harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the event, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
