About Cedar Pond Farms Private Event Venue

We are a family in love with farm life and we love to share it with others! To make it happen, we rent our farm to you, providing you the freedom and flexibility to do the rest and tailor your event to best fit your dreams and desires! As Cedar Pond Farms is a full-service, DIY venue, you and your partner can tailor every detail to your specifications. The property offers stunning views of lush farmland, animals, a pond, and endless photo opportunities. Here, you can host small- and large-scale gatherings of up to 300 guests, including showers, rehearsal dinners, and engagement parties. Some of the other event sites available for your consideration include but are not limited to: Milkbarn or Milkhouse, Grand White Barn, Chicken Barn, Pavilion or Fishhouse. The staff at Cedar Pond Farms knows that every couple is different and offers various services to help ensure your dream wedding can come to fruition. The venue also provides white linens, tables, and chairs that you can use at your discretion. If required, the venue's event team can also present you and your partner with a list of recommended vendors for all your service needs. Outside vendors are welcome and given ample space to perform to the best of their abilities.

We have several venues, indoor and outside, on our farm that are perfect for corporate meetings, birthday parties, church gatherings, and other small events. Even if you're holding an outdoor event, there will be access to a bathroom. Venue rental includes using one building or outdoor location on the farm for up to 5 hours (including your setup and cleanup time). Pricing includes all tables, linens, and chairs. We can accommodate additional guests for a nominal per-person charge.

This is a great space for your gender reveal, sweet 16, birthday party and youth group. The pavillion seats 30 easy under cover or shade on a flat concrete surface floor with ample lighting all around. There is a fresh water handwashing sink, a small refridgerator, a propane gas grill and a changing room. This area has several table and chairs to use for your event. We have a large sandy beach area next to the pond perfect for horse shoes or corn hole. This space is great for a DIY small party with lots of room for yard games and even catfishing! The Milkbarn - This building is great for events of less than 100 persons. It offers special features like large decks all around and overnight for up to 11 folks. The main level of this building can be used for events with tables and chairs for up to 50 folks inside the air conditioned space. Outside on the decks and covered porch is seating for another 50 folks. The interior large room has disco LED color lighting for dancing and a whole house sound system. This makes a very versatile space for many uses like baby showers, receptions, rehearsal dinners, sorority meetings, gender reveals, sweet sixteen parties and much more. Grand White Barn - This is the centerpiece of the barnyard. Here is where the big experiences happen. We have seating for up to 300 in our heated indoor space and a large exterior covered porch. Rest Rooms - We have two handicap accessible bathrooms with an extra handwashing sink in the hallway. We have a full caterers kitchen and an outdoor caterers kitchen complete with a hand sink. Upstairs you will find the Red Room and the Blue room. These rooms have mini-fridges and hand washing sinks as well as a changing area. Perfect for ready rooms, nursery, indoor photo booth rooms. These rooms are air conditioned and have flat screen internet ready televisions. The large room has a grand balcony (perfect for a bouquet toss) which is really handy for photographers to get the perfect shot of the room. At the end of the room are 4 gas lanterns with maple leaf flames that add a great look to the evening gatherings. Go out on on the 70 foot long porch that is covered with incandescent string lights and a misting system to help you keep cool in the summer sun. All in all the Grand White Barn is very flexible for many events like weddings, school dances, retirement parties, military balls, family reunions and receptions. Contact us today for a showing.

This is a great sized space for a party of 25 persons. This has room for table, chairs, couches and hang out space. We have a kitchenette for preparing food and a rest room. You also have shared access to the outside large deck area that seats another 25 persons. Learn more about the space by watching the Youtube video on the menu link. Cedar Pond Farms is a fantastic place for weddings and photography events! We have hosted and attended many different events there and we have always had a great experience. The buildings are gorgeous, the “Milk Barn” is a wonderful place to relax and get ready, complete with shiatsu massage chairs! The big Barn is stunning as well, if you haven’t been there and you are in need of a venue, do yourself a favor and take a tour. You will be glad you did.
