Service #1 The Simple Ceremony is a simple civil ceremony; the wording is sweet, simple & legal with the words “I Do” and you’re done! It's not unlike a courthouse wedding; however, the difference is, you can have your ceremony anywhere you want! I will make sure you feel like a bride & groom whether we are at your office, home, beach, park, or standing in a field of flowers. What you need to know: (Ceremony is up to 15-30 Minutes) In a civil ceremony all we need is the couple in love (Bride & Groom), an officiant (me), also your marriage license and your legal identification. (You provide). *All-inclusive fee $200 (Includes a keepsake certificate, Pictures, toasting, and cake bite! ) Service #2 The Dream Wedding is a more traditional exchanging of the vows in an indoor or outdoor wedding venue or church. I will work with you to create the magical experience you both dream of. We can incorporate traditions, poetry, bible verses, readings, unity candle, and anything you wish as we focus on the joining of your love and life together. I can also coordinate the rehearsal with you. What you need to know: (up to 1 hr rehearsal) up to (45 minute ceremony) All we need is the couple in love (Bride & Groom), an officiant (me), also your marriage license and your legal identification. (You provide). I will meet at the ceremony location and rehearse the processional and recessional. Rehearsals typically last about 30-45 minutes. *All-inclusive (rehearsal & ceremony) fee $300 (Includes a keepsake certificate) · Fine-tuning the ceremony to perfection including unlimited script revisions · Unlimited phone, email, FaceTime, and in-person consultations · Travel to the ceremony venue *within 50 miles travel included · Arriving 30+ minutes prior to ceremony start time · Collaboration with your Wedding Coordinator to ensure ceremony flows properly · Ceremony review with your Photographer and Videographer to ensure they get the shot · Professionally officiating your ceremony · Signing and mailing your marriage license Complimentary consultation (in person /FaceTime if needed) Short and sweet ceremony (non-customized) Travel to the ceremony *within 50 miles travel included. .50 cents a mile above the 50 miles will be added to the fee. That is where I come in! WHAT IS A DAY OF COORDINATOR? Unlike a full-service wedding coordinator, a “Day-Of” coordinator is for couples who have done most of the planning themselves, but when their wedding day arrives, they need a professional to execute all of their hard work. Too often, couples rely on family and friends to help carry out plans on the day of their wedding. By asking a friend or family member to take on this stressful task, that person will not be able to enjoy the event as a guest, and will end up feeling like “event staff.” In most cases, your “volunteers” have little experience in the role of event planner. They often end up feeling overwhelmed as they try to keep on top of everything that must be done to ensure that the day runs smoothly. When planning your wedding, you spend countless hours on the details, decisions, and every meaningful touch. After so much intention and effort, the question becomes, “who will make sure everything goes according to plan?” That’s exactly what I do for you. My focus is making your big day the reality you’ve worked so hard for it to be. WORKING MY MAGIC! On the day of your wedding, I ensure your plans are carried out smoothly and discreetly handle any problems that may arise. I act as the liaison with the venue, vendors, parents and couple in a process that starts in the last few months and weeks leading up to your wedding day. In the end, we pull the pieces of the puzzle together for you – your way! Having a Day of Wedding Coordinator is one of the best wedding gifts you can give yourself.
