Hold your next meeting, party or other special event in one of the most unique dining spots in the Texas Hill Country. We specialize in excellent service and delicious, mouth-watering cuisine as unique as the property itself. We host private parties nearly rear-round during normal business hours in our private party rooms.
Pricing and availability depend on the time of year and time of day — our Event Coordinator will gladly walk you through the details. Large parties are asked to order off of our pre-set party menus, but customization of our party menus is available.
With the exception of these party room reservations, all other seating at Gristmill is first come, first serve and non-private.
