Terms and Conditions

Both parties entering into this contract are permanently bound to fulfill the obligations by this agreement unless one or more of the following conditions apply: 1. Both parties mutually agree to leave the agreement and its responsibilities of this event due to in-climate bad weather or a NJ State of Emergency. Deposit will be refunded. 2. The event described herein is completely cancelled by the client and a notice is given by email no later than 30 days Deposit not refundable. If postponed, the deposit will still be applied to the new date. NOTE: In the event that DJ Ricky Rella shows up to the event on time and is told by the client named in this agreement that the party was cancelled, when NO written notice via text or email was sent or received by Ricky DJ from the client named in this agreement. The client will be held responsible for the balance due on this agreement. Client will be expected to pay the balance due in full at the event location. 3. In the unlikely event that Ricky becomes unable to provide his DJ services due to complications beyond his control such as illness or other serious emergency, DJ Ricky will make every reasonable effort to provide a reputable replacement DJ at no more than the original price agreed on. In the unlikely event he cannot due to all his backup DJ's being booked for that date, Ricky will refund any amounts paid to him prior to the event with his deepest apologies and will offer a few make up dates at a discounted price. Any and all information or detail changes to this agreement must be communicated 30 days preceding the event date above in writing via email and text. The purchaser of this agreement shall be held liable for any action arising from or in connection with any individuals not affiliated with DJ Ricky Rella. Furthermore, the party(s) contracting this agreement with DJ Ricky Rella agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all damages caused by themselves or their guests involving any of DJ R icky Rella's Property.
