The cost to rent Lakefalls varies with the number of guests and the time of year (there is a premium for holiday and three fall foliage weekends). The minimum rental fee is $11,250 for up to 125 guests. The base rate includes the use of all the exterior grounds, including one venue for a tent and another for the ceremony. It also includes a day for set-up and tear-down, , the use of the Lodge Great Room for a Rehearsal Dinner, Cocktails and After-Party, the use of the Lodge kitchen and staging areas by your caterer, and rooms for the wedding party to prepare the day of the wedding.
The venue is more expensive than many, but it offers total privacy and a truly unique setting for a wedding. And there are some offsets to the costs.
