- All customers required to obtain short term liability insurance (proof to be provided prior to event); Host Liquor Liability required on policy is alcohol to be served
- If alcohol to be served, TABC licensed bartender must be hired by client
- 50% deposit due to reserve day/time
This is our standard package for couples looking to host up to 150 guests. Some elements included within the Ruby level are:
5-hour event time
use of bar
event setup and cleanup
18'x18' dance floor
use of ceremony & reception sites
use of venue for engagement/save the date and bridal photo sessions

Terms and Conditions
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
We accept PayPal, Venmo, Cash, Credit Cards.
The remainder of payments is due 30 days prior to your event date.
The Diamond Package is perfect for couples who want us to take some of the work off their shoulders. Some of the details included at this level are:
6-hour event time for up to 150 guests
