We boast a beautiful walkway that leads to your beach ceremony. Creating a picture perfect start to your new forever. We preserve a space directly behind the hotel for your ceremony. Includes set up of up to 40 white garden chairs. In order to hold your ceremony behind the hotel, we do require that you book your reception here with us.

The Chart Room offers a more intimate and elegant feel with 1456sf and a window view of the Island on the sound side. This room seats up to 50 guests and is perfect for a smaller wedding party or rehearsal dinner. This room includes all tables, chairs and linens needed for an event including set up and break down.

The Ocean Ballroom is 1725sf with floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the picturesque gulf. There is also a 1000sf deck attached that is a great space for cocktail hour and/or dance space, weather permitting, for your guests to enjoy the fresh air and starry night sky. The Ocean Ballroom seats up to 100 guests, the Ocean Deck attached can seat up to 50 guests. This room includes all tables, chairs and linens needed for an event including set up and break down.

The Maritime Pointe Deck has a breathtaking unobstructed view of the gulf and features soft seating and fire pits on the south end with dining available under the pergola on the north end. The entire deck will hold up to 50 guests for a seated dinner and up to 75 for a cocktail-style reception. This area includes all tables, chairs and linens needed for an event including set up and break down. This area is not a covered area, in the event of inclement weather; we will move the event to an available indoor hotel space.
