• Event Venue rental for up to 150 guests, and two nights rental of all six B&B rooms (for larger

with ample parking for your guests (parking attendant services included)
• 1949 Vintage 50th Anniversary Packard for arriving at the ceremony and departing Linden
• 125 white folding chairs to be used at ceremony or reception
• Twelve-60” round folding tables and one-72” round folding tables all with white tablecloths
• Two bar set-ups
• Luxurious outdoor soft-seating furniture along with three, 4-top tables creating a living room
environment
• Arbor and veranda perimeters accented with low level lighting and statuary
• Pair of tall urns for concealing tent poles
• Movable 50-amp electrical service for music / lights
• String lighting in courtyard and front veranda
• List of Preferred Vendors including but not limited to caterers, bartenders, music, rentals
