The food and beverage minimum is a set number and is required. Based on our menu pricing, even if you have a little less, you will still achieve the minimum.
The following staffing fees apply:
Chef/attendant $150.00 each (only if you have carving station or a food station that requires an attendant)
Bartender Fees $150.00 ( per bartender)
