- A security deposit is 50% of total fee - due at the time we hard confirm the date/event, organizer than pays the other 50% on the day of the event. - Cancellation fee is 30% of final cost of booking. You may cancel your event up to two weeks prior to the event. That's 14 calendar days, not including the day of the event. - The Forge Nashville does not carry a liquor license; any parties intending to sell alcohol must have a valid liquor license displayed on site and cleared with staff of The Forge prior to event. - For parties intending to serve but not sell alcohol , event insurance is required. We can recommend who we work with. - Security and parking shall be facilitated by renting party; for every 100 people, one security guard is required. For larger events, lot and street parking are available; however, we strongly recommend ride-share and to advertise that in renting party promotion. For ease of guests, valet services are highly encouraged for any event with attendees over 50. - We do allow outside food / catering. We also have great partners to recommend - A named representative must be present for the entire duration of event and immediately reachable by cell phone. Someone from our staff will be on site to help with any of your needs. - Renting party is responsible for their guests’ behavior and any damages incurred. Tenant/host of the event must ensure there is no illegal activity or smoking of any kind. - BYOB not allowed. - IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE: The Forge shops and facility are multi-use and available to our members 24/7. We will do our best to minimize overlapping, but typically we can not shut down the use of our space to members as we are a 501c3 public resource. If a full day event does require a shut down of shops and member use, an additional fee of $3500 will be applied to rental.
