A full buyout would ensure a fully private event, meaning our private Boardroom which is located on the same floor, is not also booked that evening. A partial buyout is available with a food & beverage minimum depending on guest count (starting at $2,500); a full buyout is available with a $4,000 food & beverage minimum, both with a $250 room rental. Minimums are not inclusive of tax & gratuity. The Third Floor of Merchants Restaurant includes the Alcoves for cocktail & mingling space, and the adjoining Pharmacy Room for dining. Your guests will have our full steakhouse food and beverage menus to choose from. ??The private dining boardroom has a $1,000 food and beverage minimum, $100 room rental, plus tax and gratuity. The second floor of the space on a day-to-day basis is our fine-dining floor of the restaurant for reservations and walk-in service. The floor can absolutely be bought out for large parties and provides a beautiful space for private events, accommodating up to 86 seated/150 standing. To buyout this space, there is a $15,000 minimum, $500 room rental fee, plus tax and gratuity.
